NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO GENERATE ELECTRICITY
In terms of Section 11 of the Electricity Regulation Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006); Green Electron Market (Pty) Ltd hereby notifies all residents in the Evander, Mpumalanga area that a trading license application has been lodged with the National Energy Regulator (NERSA) to operate as a Trader in electricity, subject to the approval of the Energy Regulator, this trading activities will be established across South Africa with the first off-taker situated in Evander-Secunda region in the Govan Mbheki Municipality, Mpumalanga.
The licence application is available for inspection at Evander Public Library (13 Lisbon Street, Evander 2280) telephone number (017) 620-6318/19, Cell phone number +27 82 920 4777, Mrs. Agnes Sepuru.
All interested parties and/or any member of the public may lodge written objections with NERSA, within 30 days from the date of this publication. Such objections must be in a form of an affidavit and must be directed to NERSA through any of the addresses below:
