Sturdee Energy has achieved the Commercial Operation Date (COD) under the Power Purchase Agreements on 12 October 2023, with Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) for the Shakawe (1MW) and Bobonong (3MW) Solar Plants in Botswana. These projects are the first renewable energy IPPs in Botswana and represent a major milestone in the country’s renewable energy journey.
